Gallery on the Grand is building its new home on Lancaster Street W.  The Gallery will be located on a 2.3 acre site between the Lancaster Tavern and Golf's Steakhouse.   Construction is planned through January 2008, with the Gallery opening in the new location near the end of January.  The 220 King N. location will close on Dec 22nd 2007.

Commencing in the spring of 2008, Enermodal Engineering will be constructing its new headquarters building on the site.  Initially Enermodal is planning a 15,000 square foot building, which will be constructed to the highest level of "Green" standards, called LEED Platinum.
